The attempted luring occurred at 10:45 p.m. at 61st Street and Kennedy Boulevard, West New York police said. The child was not harmed during the incident, police said.
Guy McCann was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and attempting to lure or entice a child, police said. McCann is currently lodged in the Hudson County Jail, police said.
